Buying a mattress is about how it feels after sleeping on it properly, not how it feels for five minutes in a showroom, that’s why most Snoozestation mattresses (Second Nature & Lullabye ranges excluded) come with our 60 Day Comfort Exchange.
Mattress experts, we guide you to the right mattress first time, using experience, asking the correct questions, and real product knowledge, however, after sleeping on it at home, you feel it’s just a little too firm or a little too soft, we’ll help you fine-tune your comfort.
This is reassurance, not a gimmick.
It exists to get you sleeping perfectly, not to encourage casual returns.
How It Works
You have 60 days from date of delivery to decide if your mattress comfort needs adjusting, if it’s not quite right, you can exchange it for an alternative model, tweaking the support up or down, firmer, or softer.
Our team are always on hand, and are happy to advise you on the best adjustment to suit your body and sleep style.
Important Conditions
To protect hygiene and fairness for all customers:
Mattress must be:
Clean
Unmarked
Free from stains, odours, damage or contamination
Used with a mattress encasement protector, purchased at the same time as your mattress - something we recommend every time.
This is an exchange programme, not a refund policy, limited to one exchange per mattress
Collection and delivery is free of charge - as you can imagine, this is expensive, and part of our incentive to ensure customers are correctly advised on which mattress to choose originally.
Any price difference between models will be payable if upgrading
Bespoke, clearance, or special-order mattresses may be excluded (clearly stated at purchase)
