Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

Snoozestation is a sole trader business owned and operated by Paul Holmes T/A Snoozestation, operating under UK law.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are binding once payment is received (or cash on delivery agreed).

  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

3. Delivery

  • Standard delivery is 5–7 working days.

  • Bespoke service rates apply for non-mainland UK addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard Products – Customers have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (if purchased online without prior inspection).

  • Made-to-Order Products – Exempt from cancellation rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations, Reg. 28(1)(c)). These cannot be refunded once manufacturing has begun.

5. Mattress 60-Day Comfort Exchange

  • Applies only if purchased with and used in conjunction with a Sleepsafe Mattress Encasement Protector.

  • Mattress must be in clean, undamaged, “as new” condition.

  • Exchange available for the same model in a different comfort rating (e.g. Firm → Medium) or upgrade to a higher grade (price difference payable).

  • Limit: one exchange per order.

  • Inspired by the John Lewis 60-Night Exchange, this ensures fairness for both parties.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
