Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase online and change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us in writing (email is sufficient).
Conditions

Unopened mattresses & sealed bedding – Full refund within 14 days.

Opened mattresses – Due to hygiene law, refunds are not possible once the product has been opened/unsealed, unless faulty. Instead, our 60-Day Comfort Exchange applies (see T&Cs).

Made-to-order products – Non-refundable once in production.

Faulty or not as described products – Customers are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
