    Your Right to Cancel

    If you purchase online and change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us in writing (email is sufficient).

    Conditions

    • Unopened mattresses & sealed bedding – Full refund within 14 days.

    • Opened mattresses – Due to hygiene law, refunds are not possible once the product has been opened/unsealed, unless faulty. Instead, our 60-Day Comfort Exchange applies (see T&Cs).

    • Made-to-order products – Non-refundable once in production.

    • Faulty or not as described products – Customers are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    Returns Process

    • Contact us at paul@snoozestation.com for return authorisation.

    • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

    • Return costs:

      • Free if product is faulty or service issue.

      • Customer responsibility if returning under cooling-off rights.

    • UK Mainland – Standard service.

    • Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands – Delivery at bespoke rates (quoted on request).

    Services & Costs

    • Standard Delivery (5–7 working days) – Curbside/ground floor, one-man service.

    • Room of Choice Delivery – £25 supplement, two-man service.

    • Mattress Disposal & Recycling – £29.99 for the first item, £15 for each additional item (divan base counted as one item).

    Couriers

    Deliveries are fulfilled by our own team or trusted independent carriers, ensuring reliability and care.

    Notes

    • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

    • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur redelivery fees.

    • Large/heavy goods require customer cooperation for access.
